Youth and Teen Summer Conditioning Programs

The summer is a great time for the whole family to embrace a healthy lifestyle. So get those kids off the couch and into hive for an exciting summer of exercise and conditioning programs especially for youth and teens.

Here are the details:

July 9th – August 29th
Tuesday and Thursday
12 pm – 1 pm

Youth Conditioning
Ages 7-12

Classes will teach children the importance of exercise and proper nutrition as part of their daily routines for a happier and healthier life.

Our trainers will:

  • Introduce fitness through games and exercise
  • Improve cardiovascular fitness, coordination and strength
  • Teach the proper use of workout equipment
  • Introduce fun outdoor physical activities
  • Instill healthy eating habits

Middle & High School Strength and Conditioning
Ages 13-18

Classes will focus on techniques to help adolescents increase their overall strength, power, agility and speed.

Our trainers will:

  • Introduce correct lifting techniques
  • Increase functional strength and explosive power
  • Introduce proper warm-up and stretching exercises
  • Educate on proper nutrition for strength and power
