It’s Black Friday!
You know what that means — it’s officially time to start your holiday shopping.
You might be wondering what to get the fitness lover on your holiday shopping list. We’re here to help! We asked our fitness team at Hive to tell us what’s at the top of their holiday wish lists. Here’s what they recommend. Happy shopping!
Aaron B.’s “Must Have” – Theracane
Theracane is a great tool for releasing trigger points in the neck shoulders and back areas where a foam roller is cumbersome. Another advantage is that you can do it yourself.
Where to buy? Amazon.com
Cost: $34.95
Kendra’s “Must Have” – Fitness Gear Adjustable Kettlebell
Unlike standard kettlebells where there is a set weight for each bell, you can attach standard weight plates to make workouts more challenging. Fits most standard 2.5 lb., 5 lb. and 10 lb. plates. Kendra recommends a max weight limit of 50 lbs.
Where to buy? Dick’s Sporting Goods
Cost: $59.99
Josh’s “Must Have” – Watch/Sneaker Combo
The G-Shock Hypercolor Man Box for the wrist and the ASICS GEL-Noosa Tri™ 7 for the feet.

Cost: $120 for the shoes
Sarah’s “Must Have” – Lululemon Back Burner Tank
Show off your back and feel like a ballerina with this ballet inspired tank from Lulu.
Where to buy? Lululemon.com or check the local showroom in Snyder.

Nick’s “Must Have” – Wilton 22036 20 lb BASH Sledgehammer
There’s nothing like a sledgehammer to bring on the sweat. Nick also recommends any heavy headed sledgehammer from a local hardware store. (For sledgehammer exercises, please see Nick.)
Where to buy? Amazon.com or your local hardware store.
Cost: $140
Gail’s “Must Have” – Essential Oils for Yoga Practice
Oils can enhance your yoga practice. Try eucalyptus or rosemary to encourage the flow of energy and enhance inhalations and exhalations. Lavender, geranium and chamomile are calming and relaxing.

Justin’s “Must Have” – Nike Free Trainer 5.0 Running Shoes
The Free series of shoes allows your foot to move through a more natural movement pattern.
