RUN CLUB is back!

It’s that time of year again, get ready to lace up and run.

This season we’ve handpicked 8 of our favorite local road races to train for and run together.  Don’t worry, if you’ve never stepped foot on a start line before our coaches are here to help you through every step.

There is no better way to start your summer off than with a goal, and we’re ready to be your motivator!  Running is a great way to get the heart pumping & the calories burning – plus everyone wants that runners high!

Our goal will be to help you race your pace, improving  your average mile time each time we hit the streets.  Three months from now we’ll have you rocking every run.

Run Club 2018 Series

  • Buffalo Half – May 27th  6:30 am
  • Superhero Race & Wellness Walk – June 1st  7:15 pm
  • The Big Run Buffalo – June 6th 7:00 pm
  • St. Gregory The Great Race  –  June 15th  7:00 pm
  • Loughran’s Alumni Rally 5K Run & Wellness Walk – July 6th  7:00 pm
  • Ronald McDonald House 5K – July 25th  6:30 pm
  • Run 716 15K Relay – August 5th  7:15 am
  • Moonlight Run  – August 15th  8:00 pm
  • Williamsville Octoberfest 5K – Date & Time TBD
