Angela came to me in March after having four boys in five and a half years, she wanted to set an example for her children that health and fitness is important. Angela told me, however, that being a busy mom of four young children put exercise at the bottom of her priority list. It was not hard for me to believe that finding time to get back into an exercise routine for Angela would be difficult. She became instantly obsessed after a friend suggested trying out a training session at hive. Since March, Angela has dropped over 45lbs and over 14% bodyfat! In addition to following a sensible nutrition plan at home Angela varied her workouts between several of hive’s modalities. A typical week of exercise includes two semi-private personal training sessions, one specialty class, two studio classes and one day devoted solely to cardio. When asked how Angela stayed motivated she is quoted as saying “I am constantly challenged and pushed to my limits. The trainers keep exercise new, fresh and fun!”
