Our team at hive is comprised of some of the most dynamic individuals in the industry. This month we chose certified personal trainer Pat Boyle for our employee profile to highlight just that. Prior to joining our team at hive, Pat spent six years in the Army National Guard including one year in Iraq. Not only is Pat a NASM certified personal trainer but he also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Wellness from Canisius College and is continuing his education there as he works toward a Master’s in Health and Human Performance. We love each of our trainer’s for creating their own niche on the exercise floor as well as using their personal philosophies to drive their routines. Pat brings a “form first”, non-compromising style to fitness. In addition to Pat’s demand for perfect technique, he is constantly pushing his clients out of their comfort zone and past their own mental limitations. Pat delivers total body workouts that leave members feeling accomplished and strong. Look for Pat on our studio schedule as he is also one of our favorite group class instructors, teaching a variety of classes including: spinning, tabata, trekking, gravity, and of course bootcamp! Pat is not only health conscious in the gym but in the kitchen too, his favorite go-to healthy meal is 3 to 4 organic scrambled eggs with a whole avocado, sea salt, fresh ground black pepper, minced garlic and hot sauce.
