We selected Aaron Powers MS, ATC, CSCS, as our March employee profile. Aaron earned both his BS and MS in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo. He is a board certified athletic trainer, and holds numerous certifications including: NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Gravity Personal Training instructor, and Power Plate Level 1. Aaron focuses on functional training that promotes movement and stability. He says, “ The fitness goals of many have changed from mimicking body builders to functional movements that aid in the physical demands of daily life. Our clientele seeks overall health and body conditioning, including nutrition.
