Starting July 11, you’ll notice a powerful new Pilates presence at Hive: Long + Lean Pilates, Western New York’s premier Pilates studio, will be taking command of our reformer room.
Led by a team of four experienced instructors, Long + Lean offers Hive members specialized, tailored instruction on the reformer, with exercises designed to promote strength, flexibility and balance.
Our collaboration with Long + Lean will result in a robust reformer schedule, with more sessions than we’ve ever offered before. We’re excited to give you the opportunity to take full advantage of the varied fitness benefits of reformer training.
If you’ve never tried the reformer before, there’s no better time to experience the dynamic workout that so many fitness fanatics swear by. Exercising on the reformer helps you improve your posture, move more efficiently and gain flexibility. It can also help reduce the pain associated with physical imbalances.
