INTERVAL CLASSES
High-intensity interval training is all the rage because, simply put, it builds muscle and burns fat. We offer four interval classes, each with a different emphasis but all designed to push you to your max without burning you out.

Strong
An action-packed, innovative twist on a traditional boot camp class, this structured workout features cutting-edge exercise formats and a healthy dose of intensity designed to increase muscular strength, enhance power and optimize caloric burn.

Shape
Mold your body and break your barriers. This high-energy class experience is designed to condition and re-sculpt selected muscle-groups while keeping a constant focus on strengthening and slimming your core. We promise a fun sweaty total body workout that will leave you hungry for more!

Burn
HiveBurn is the ultimate calorie burning workout experience. Your first class will have you leaving sweat drenched and feeling exhilarated all in the span of 60 minutes. The programming combines both short burst and extended high-energy cardio intervals utilizing treadmills, bikes, and rowers. This workout is everything you need to take your body to the next level and realize your potential.

Box
Box is a high energy total body circuit workout that incorporates endurance, strength and power training regimens. Box is designed using timed rounds of bag work, striking drills, core exercises, and intense metabolic intervals that will leave you sweat drenched and feeling like a warrior.

FIT CLASSES
At Hive our endurance series classes are specifically designed to provide a challenging and energizing workout where everyone trains like an athlete regardless of fitness level. Our team combines expertly structured intervals and smart purposeful training that merges all the endurance training components necessary to create a body that is truly HiveFit

Run
A motivating, entertaining, educational and invigorating group exercise class for the treadmill. The pattern of the workout is based on interval training, short spurts of intense exercise followed by periods of rest that help build cardiovascular capacity and muscular strength.

Cycle
Uniquely tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals, Hive’s Group Cycling program equipped with patented Spinner® bikes manufactured by StarTrac® deliver a personalized workout, incredible calorie burn and personal challenge—all at a self-directed pace.

WATTS
Utilizing the power meter equipped Stages indoor bike classes are instructed to each riders individual heart rate and power zones.

RUN CLUB
Weather permitting this class will hit the pavement and trails. A one hour performance improving class encourages runners of all fitness levels and ability to join us of 50 minutes of continuous intervals, tempo and hills. Dynamic warm-up and flexibility will precede every run.

HumanSport sessions are designed for optimal total body strength and stability training. The intuitive equipment design accompanied by one of our certified Coaches; are just the tools you need to take your strength training to the next level.

GRAVITY TRU:FORM™
Total-body functional conditioning that maximizes efficiency and effect. Participants become strong and mobile, working at their own ability and pace. Features a 45 minute personalized coaching in a spirited group setting on Total Gym..

Endurance, strength and compound movement training that integrates core conditioning at every turn, twist and bend. Participants experience transformative, goal achieving physical results through vigorous music-led group training with personalized coaching on Total Gym.

Dynamic, high-intensity power sessions that offer a variety of functional equipment and training methods to increase agility, strength, explosive power and mobility. Participants can expect circuits, indoor cycling intervals, suspension and reactive training, and more in these high-octane, cardio-based 45 minute team-training sessions

TRX Suspension Training exercises build strength, balance, flexibility and core stability with hundreds of functional exercises that can easily adjust to all fitness levels. Power Vinyasa
Power Vinyasa classes are lightly heated vigorous yoga flow classes that connect the postures with breath creating a challenging practice, set to music. The emphasis is on building stamina, power, focus, flexibility and grace in the midst of challenge. .

Barre
Our signature barre bootcamp style class formatted to include metabolic intervals followed by isometric movements using a variety of small weights, resistance tubing, pilates rings, straps and more. Barre Burn will slim your hips, tighten your thighs, lift your seat and spark your metabolism.
