Emily Wyse is our February Personal Trainer Profile. Not only does she train on the exercise floor, she teaches pilates reformer classes as well. She is certified through the National Academy of Sports Medicine as a Personal Trainer, a Corrective Exercise Specialist and a Performance Enhancement Specialist. In addition, Emily is certified to teach Stott Pilates and is currently working toward her Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Wellness at Buffalo State College. Emily also finds time to play soccer and hockey at Buffalo State. A coaching session with Emily will focus first on corrective exercise while working up to high intensity movements, including flexibility.
