So you’re training like a dog, dripping sweat 5-6 days a week, you’re trainer is pushing you to your limits, and yet, the scale hasn’t budged. What gives? We’ve all been there, and what most of us don’t realize is that exercise just can’t stand alone; that eating a balanced diet is integral to achieving any fitness goal. Most of us have a difficult time understanding proper nutrition and tailoring a suitable diet for ourselves which is why we have Beeta Fernando, our in house Registered Dietitian to help (pictured left in the center). Recently, we followed four of Beeta’s clients through twelve weeks of participation in her Fuel Nutrition Coaching Program and the results were amazing. Each client decided to turn to Beeta to overcome the plateau they had been experiencing, looking for fresh ideas in the kitchen to supplement their already existing exercise programs. Beeta analyzed each person’s individual lifestyles and needs to create diet plans that worked for them. Pictured from left to right here are the results:
