Chuck has been working as a Licensed Massage Therapist for 23 years. He had his own practice for 11 years and worked 4 seasons with the professional indoor soccer team Buffalo Blizzard. He was honored to have performed massage for Hospice patients. The bulk of his career, 16 years, was with the Buffalo Sabres until 2017 as the Team Massage Therapist where he worked over 1,ooo NHL regular season games, not including playoffs. Players still use Chuck privately to get through the long grueling season.
His clientele has ranged from high school athletes, weekend warriors, professional athletes, stressed parents, to even the terminally ill. Chuck says “I am passionate about helping people achieve a healthy balanced life free of pain and stress using massage, stretching, and exercise. I look forward to be on your team in this everyday sport called life.”

Eric brings his personal passion for Spartan Race training to each and every session. Known for his big lifts and a big personality, Eric’s workouts focus on both power, strength and functionality without the mud and dirt.
Eric is a graduate of SUNY Brockport where he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. He then completed the masters program at California University at Pennsylvania in Health and Wellness Promotion. Eric holds two of the fitness industries top level certifications: National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM-CES).

He reminds his clients that each journey is unique and that there is no one size fits all solution. I “love the spirit” of many of the current fitness fads says Jesse, but many stray far from the science of exercise.
Jesse is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council On Exercise (ACE-CPT) Jesse attended Canisius College where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Health and Wellness and a minor in Strength and Conditioning. While at Canisius, Jesse was a member of the D1 Baseball Team.
An avid cyclist, Meredith combines her love of the sport with her interest in music to create an indoor cycling profile that is fast-paced, challenging and reflective of an outdoor ride.
Meredith is a Mad Dogg Athletics Certified Spinning Instructor and is an avid cyclist, often covering 60-100 mile stretches across western New York several times each week.
Shane is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Outside of academics, he spent most of his time in the University’s Yoga Club. With just the right amount of flow, Shane will provide you with a challenging and innovative workout focusing mostly on improving your muscular strength.
