Carly hopes that people taking her classes will find the experience both harder and easier than they expect. Harder because she challenges her students to stretch beyond what they think they can do — both literally and figuratively — and easier because she supports and cheers them on throughout the process.
Carly earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University at Buffalo, and a law degree from Brooklyn Law School. She maintains a private legal practice, with a specialization in divorce mediation. Carly received her yoga certification through an intensive, internationally recognized program in Costa Rica. She is RYT200 certified, and is registered with the Yoga Alliance. Her personal practice is a synthesis of a variety of yoga styles.
Exercising has always been a huge part of Chloe’s life. She has been dancing since she was two years old, but besides dance she also enjoys practicing yoga and Pilates. Her fitness guilty pleasure is doing the High Ropes Course in Ellicotville during the summer months.
Powered by coffee and crop tops, Kathleen’s energy lights up the club. A competitive runner and creator of the HiveFIT team training programs, Kathleen has made helping others increase performance and build the body of an athlete her specialty.
Kathleen earned her Bachelors Degree in Exercise and Integrated Science from the State University of New York College at Fredonia and is a National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer. In addition Kathleen holds certifications from Mad Dogg Athletics (Spinning), dotFit and volunteers as a run coach for lululemon Athletica Buffalo and Girls on the Run.
The classic rock bike jock! George encourages his clients to set goals, create and follow a program, build your tribe and always keep it fresh. The relationships George has built over the past 10 years are the most special to him. “I love my fitness family. Meaghan encourages her clients to give their best each and every class. She was a competitive runner and Irish dancer, placing 5th at the Irish Dance World Championships. A hip injury landed her in her first spinning class, and the combination of intense effort and great music kept her coming back for more. Her goal is to encourage clients to push their physical and mental limits each class, broadening the limits we set for ourselves. Class, and life, motto: You are stronger than you think you are!
Meaghan earned her bachelor’s degree from SUNY Geneseo and her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo. She is an Associate at Cohen and Lombardo, P.C., with a specialization in Trusts and Estates, Matrimonial, and Family law. Meaghan is a Mad Dogg Athletics Certified Spinning Instructor and a certified TRX Instructor. Additionally, she owns a granola business known as SALT wellness™.
Eric brings his personal passion for Spartan Race training to each and every session. Known for his big lifts and a big personality, Eric’s workouts focus on both power, strength and functionality without the mud and dirt.
Eric is a graduate of SUNY Brockport where he earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Exercise Physiology. He then completed the masters program at California University at Pennsylvania in Health and Wellness Promotion. Eric holds two of the fitness industries top level certifications: National Academy of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer (NASM-CPT) and Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM-CES).

He reminds his clients that each journey is unique and that there is no one size fits all solution. I “love the spirit” of many of the current fitness fads says Jesse, but many stray far from the science of exercise.
Jesse is a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council On Exercise (ACE-CPT) Jesse attended Canisius College where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Health and Wellness and a minor in Strength and Conditioning. While at Canisius, Jesse was a member of the D1 Baseball Team.
Angela is a graduate of State University of New York College at Buffalo where she earned her Bachelors degree in Health and Wellness.
An avid cyclist, Meredith combines her love of the sport with her interest in music to create an indoor cycling profile that is fast-paced, challenging and reflective of an outdoor ride.
Meredith is a Mad Dogg Athletics Certified Spinning Instructor and is an avid cyclist, often covering 60-100 mile stretches across western New York several times each week.

Shane is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh and a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. Outside of academics, he spent most of his time in the University’s Yoga Club. With just the right amount of flow, Shane will provide you with a challenging and innovative workout focusing mostly on improving your muscular strength.
