Jenna graduated from Marymount University in 2002. The setting at Hive enables Jenna to provide one:one skilled therapy and affords patients the opportunity of transitioning to a independent fitness program once completing physical therapy.
Beeta received her Master’s degree in Nutrition from D’Youville College, with a focus in weight loss, and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from McMaster University. Beeta has recently earned her Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Certificate in Adult Weight Management. She is also a nationally Certified Diabetes Educator.
With over eight years of industry experience Nick holds certifications from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT), NASM Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES), International Sports Conditioning Association (ISCA) Kickboxing, American Council on Exercise (ACE) Partner Assisted Stretch and American Institute of Fitness Educators (AIFE) Senior Exercise Specialist.
Patrick has his BS from Springfield College in Exercise Science. He is a Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and Certified Gravity Personal Trainer.
After serving six years in the United States Army, Patrick earned his BS in Health & Wellness from Canisus College and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT).
Gail received her teaching certification in Dao Yin Yoga at Spirit Winds Internal Arts, from Sifu Chik Mason. In addition she has completed her 200 ryt Essential Yoga Teacher certification with Francois Raoult at Open Sky Yoga Center in Rochester, NY.
Eileen graduated from University at Buffalo with her bachelors in Exercise Science and is currently completing her masters work in Nutrition at Canisius College. Eileen is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength & Conditioning Association and holds additional certifications as Gravity Personal Training Instructor and dotFit fit-pro.
Kendra received her Bachelors in Exercise Science from the University at Buffalo and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Strength and Conditioning Association NSCA-CPT . In addition Kendra holds certifications from Mad Dogg Athletics (Spinning), dotFit, and NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist.
George is passionate about cycling–and enjoys sharing his passion with other. He is a Mad Dogg Athletics Certified Spinning Instructor. He is also an active member of the Buffalo Triathlon Club and a competitive triathlete.
Lizzi’s journey began in 1999, in Los Angeles, where as a former dancer she continued to find the joy of movement though Power Vinyasa Yoga. After a full year of training, in 2005 she received both the power to heal herself and a 230-hr teaching certificate in Hatha Yoga based in lyengar methodology with Lillah Schwartz. Lizzi is currently working toward her 500+hr Professional Certification as a Yoga Therapist
Kris is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT) and is currently completing his coursework for their Performance Enhancement Specialist (PES) program.
Lindsay’s passion for fitness is contagious. She is a Certified Spinning Instructor through Mad Dogg Athletics, Certified Insanity Instructor through Beachbody and Certified PiYo Instructor. Lindsay is constantly looking for new and exciting ways to motivate and drive results for everybody.
Patrick is a graduate of the Red Lotus Yoga School Teacher Training Program under the direction of Brian Granader. He recently completed his 500 level training with a specialization in Yoga Therapy at the Ananda Seva Mission in Modesto, CA. He is also a lululemon ambassador.
Melissa attended Cornell for architecture. An avid cyclist, she decided to get her Mad Dogg Athletics Certification in Spinning. She enjoys sharing her love of biking with her students.
Aaron earned both his BS and MS in Exercise Science from University at Buffalo and is a NY State Licensed Athletic Trainer. Additionally Aaron holds certifications as a NSCA Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Gravity Personal Training Instructor, Power Plate Level I & is a AHA Basic Life Support Instructor.
Michele has been a world-class athlete and fitness trainer for more than twenty years. Michele graduated from Indiana University of Pennsylvania with a B.S. in Physical Education / Sports Management and is also certified through Stott Pilates completing their comprehensive program in Matwork, Reformer and Barre.
Sarah has a BS from Ohio State and a MS from Buffalo State College. She holds her Aerobics and Fitness Association of America Group Exercise Certification. Sara brings a strong background in dance and ballet to our Barre fitness classes, as she danced from age 5-17.
Ashley holds her BA from SUNY College at Buffalo. She is a natural figure competitor and is a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT).
Sara is a graduate of the University of Buffalo with BFA in Dance and is passionate about fitness and living an active lifestyle. She has extensive experience instructing, choreographing and performing a variety of dance styles including jazz, tap, ballet and hip-hop.
Emily earned her Personal Trainer Certification through the industry leading National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM-CPT) and successfully completed their Corrective Exercise Specialist (NASM-CES) program. Emily is currently working on her degree in Health & Wellness degree at Buffalo State College were she also is also a member of their Division III Soccer and Hockey teams.
